- Cut in 5 one yard lengths on the card
- Lay the thread to prevent it from twisting and exposing the core which is dark

Tips and Tricks:
Cut the thread in half or thirds, shorter lengths will reduce knotting.
Use a larger eyed needle to help with threading the needle. A larger needle will also enlarge the canvas hole and make it easier to stitch. Use a laying tool for each stitch, terrific for decorative stitches but especially gobelin or satin stitch to achieve a nice leather look.
This thread is stretchy if you pull it too hard it will break.
