Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship using USPS and insure shipments. Orders over $100 shipping is free.  Orders under $100 have a standard $7.95 shipping fee. 

Order Fulfillment

We make every attempt to ship the complete contents of your order at one time. If a product quantity is unavailable we will work with the vendor and provide status updates to you.  Our goal is to complete your order as soon as possible.

On the rare occasion that we send you an incorrect item please call us 610-889-9835 with the details of the issue. We will email a return shipping label and ask that you ship back the incorrect products, and we will cover shipping the correct items to you. 

Delays in fulfilling orders occur from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.  We will contact you to discuss any order issues.

Damage in Transit

If your package is damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage, and also the condition of the contents as you unpack the box/envelope. The customer must take pictures and submit a case & claim to USPS.  We will also follow up on our end, but the customer has to submit the initial case & claim.

We apologize for any delays in completing the order process as we may need to place a pre-order with the vendor/designer. We will make every effort to fulfill your order in it's entirety, as soon as possible.

Return Shipping:  We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused/undamaged threads.  We do not accept returns on any other products.  To be eligible for a return, the threads must be unused and in its original packaging. All special orders are non-refundable. 

Fireside Stitchery will email the customer a return shipping label if an error is made by our staff. For all other situations, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
