GUB-17 - Mr Polar Bear with Scarf

Stitch painted canvas offered by Lauren Bloch Designs.   This piece can be finished as an ornament, a stand up, or framed as a picture.   

GUB canvases are inspired by handmade cards created by Veronica Schmerling. A portion of proceeds from the GUB series is donated to the Elizabeth S. Schmerling Endowed Scholarship Fund. Brain cancer took her daughter, Liz, and the endowment was created in her memory.  This series is named after Liz's favorite stuffed animal, GUB. The endowment helps support talented students pursuing a bachelor's degree in architecture. With the help of the needlepoint community, Lauren Bloch Designs has donated $3,350 to this fund.
