Petite Frosty Rays (PY410 and up)

Flair and Tiara metallic are used together to create Petite Frosty Rays.  With metallic inside the tube of Flair, it gives Frosty Rays a softer more muted effect along with a thread that has more body.  Works best with larger mesh canvas.  Frosty Rays is best on 13 mesh canvas
