Tips and Tricks:

Pepper Pot can "pill" with over handling or excessive dragging through the canvas. 

Better coverage is achieved on 13 Mesh canvas if the tension of the stitch is relaxed.  Some stitchers feel that Pepper Pot is too thick for 18 count and avoid it.   It is made for 18 Mesh canvas, so personal preference will guide the use of this thread.

Some stitchers recommend passing the thread through your fingers to find the "smooth" direction and threading your needle as such.  This may reduce the drag and preserve the look of the thread as you stitch your project.

Recommended Use:

18 mesh use one strand for full coverage.

13 mesh use one strand for full coverage, but relaxed stitches.
