13 Mesh

Products best designed for use with 13 mesh canvas for needlepoint.

The mesh size correlates to the number of stitches in a square inch - so 13 mesh, has 13 stitches in one inch. Because of the larger the mesh size, there are fewer stitches per square inch.   A 13 mesh canvas has 169 stitches per square inch. 

To have proper coverage on this canvas, thicker threads or increased number of strands of a thread are recommended.
