Brick Beading Class

Whether you are a new stitcher or have stitched for a long time, adding embellishment to your work can add sparkle and interest to your piece.  

Our beginner beading class will focus on the brick beading technique and take the participant through 

• The supplies that are helpful when beading (beading thread, proper needles, size of beads)
• How to keep your beads in one place and off the floor
• How to add beads to your project ... starting and stopping so that they are secure for a lifetime
• How/when to combine beads with fabulous fibers and decorative stitches to pump up your canvas.   

This 2- hour workshop will provides step-by-step instruction to start you on your beading adventure so you become a master of brick beading!  Each student will select one of the six canvas options painted by VNG and/or Kate Dickerson when they sign up for class.

Class size is limited to 16 participants.
